Chatchai Puipia, founder of A Leg-Up Society, is presenting its second installation in the form of a show downtown of artefacts from the private House of Museum on Bangkok's outskirts. The 100 Tonson Gallery is hosting the exhibition today through November 30. The artefacts show what artists and illustrators came up with in days gone by for magazines, books and movies. Books on life in the old days, House of Museum founder Anek Navikamul will also be on view, and today Anek will give a talk on his 40 years' experiences as a historian and researcher. Knight of the |living dead When Kittiwat Unarrom displayed his master's work - cadavers made of bread - at the 2005 Silapakorn University commencement, people went wow. So his "Body and the Dead" show at the Whitespace Gallery from November 13 to December 14 should be worthwhile. His sculptures depict the body in the natural process of decay.
