No joke. And it's the very first scene.

Last night on 20/20, the legendary Ms. Britney Spears unveiled her much-anticipated "Womanizer" music video and it did not disappoint. Well, at least visually.

Ding dang! Any video that features the star minus clothing is worth a look. As you can see, we're not talking about a pregnant Britney Spears nude this time.
