Born disabled or unfortunately becoming handicapped should not be an excuse to live in despair. Rather than feeling sorry for yourself, accept your disability and get on with life. You still have another thing - intelligence - that you can make good use of for yourself and even society. Bear this in mind: don't dwell on the past.
