On The Rock, Soft Drink, Whisky Soda Various Artists (Sony-BMG) Sony-BMG declares war on copyright piracy with these three compilation albums produced to please fans of rock, easy listening and those who fall in between. Each is packed with 50 great numbers so there's plenty to keep the buyer entertained. "On The Rock" is - what else - rock, with a slew of good tracks including Flure's "Ruang Diew", Slot Machine's "Kham Sudthai", Pru's "Thuk Sing" and Moderndog's "Ta Sawang". "Soft Drink" features such favourites as Thee Chaiyadej, Rudklao, Ie Pannee, Tor Saksit, Tata Young, Boy Trai, Soul After Six, and Pause, while "Whisky Soda" is a great mix with Boyd Kosiyabong, Joey Boy, Scrubb, and Groove Riders.
Stand Up Big Bang (GMM International) Following the huge success of their previous hits "Lie" and "Last Farewell", the Korean hip-hop group have again shot to the top of the Korean charts, with "Haruharu" ("Day After Day"), the first single off their third mini album "Stand Up". Most of the tracks are written by leader and main rapper G Dragon with help from DJ Daishi Dance, except "Chakhan Saram" ("Good Man"), which marks TOP's debut as a songwriter and "Oh My Friend". A great outing that will appeal to their many Thai fans.
