Cartoon show bids adieu

The 11th - and final - Asian Cartoon Exhibition will be held in the Japan Foundation's Art Space from July 31 to August 25. Nearly 80 works created by talented cartoonists from 10 nations will reflect youth lifestyle and culture.

Thailand's representative is Kosin Srilidtipradit, who works for the daily Matichon.

This is the final year for the show, which has earned praise for contributing to a greater public understanding of Asian societies, cultures and people.

The Japan Foundation is on the 10th floor of the Sermmit Tower on Soi Asoke (Sukhumvit 21) and is open Monday to Friday from 9 to 7 and on Saturday until 5.
