Listen to music to learn self-control, banish stress

By Sukamon Wipaweepon-kul

Bangkok residents are hot-headed. A way to de-stress is to listen to music, using the frequency waves of music to balance your brainwaves.

There is no absolute answer to what kind of music works best for you. One man's trash is another man's treasure. Just don't listen to music that makes you feel sad. When you listen often to music and observe your emotions, self-awareness will arise, and it will bring about self-control, which can prevent violence.
