We all have nervous tension caused by the economic slump. As an athlete, I would suggest those suffering anxiety relax with light exercise, such as jogging in a public park or a stroll in a supermarket without buying.

Exercise plays an important role in all situations. You don't have to have money to exercise. Aside from easing tension, it makes you strong physically.
