Under a newly launched project called "Thai AirAsia Mechanic Cadet", 30 cadet aircraft mechanics will be fully supported for intensive training at the Civil Aviation Training Centre.
Only students with outstanding school grades and a keen interest in working with Thai AirAsia will be accepted as scholars in the programme. The training lasts for two years and eight months and graduating cadets will then be employed by Thai AirAsia. The project aims to support an expansion of the airline's engineering department.
